Techniques for Gene Equalization

Consent

Non Consensual medical treatment  or health applications can often result in hostile or aggresive behaviors of area inhabitants with other people living in an area and a strong disdain for government; which in a normal context, the government is majority elected leaders that get tasks done for everyone as agreed and get paid income and expenses from a tax budget which everyone pitched in for.

They are often called government administrators and, for example, with todays updates to academic environments they might have a college or university certification in american civics, american traditions, american goverment, or political processes. A Masters degree in Public Administration or Health Administration might also be the highest level credential they have today since not too many people want to be in school past a bachelors degree. They would normally need to approve gene modification procedures for an area, often times this is based on a majority vote, lots of learning, and informed consent. The learning does not necessarily have to be in a school setting.

Disparities in Consent

Cosent varies based on various parameters such as whether a person has a legal guardian, whether they are able to make an informed consent decision for the specific topic, and whether they have sufficient knowledge to understand the long term results and outcomes of their decisions. Those with a legal guardian require a dual consent decision with overview and parameters being described in a language and vocabulary the person with a legally guardian understands. Those without legal guardians may often need to go through a majority voting process if the genetic changes are drastic or disproportionately affect the surrounding area; in which case certain circumstances would go through a human rights or humanitarian aid procedure.

Growth Hormones and Inhibitors

Often, these conversations don’t come about because one or two people decided to try a new medical treatment or because a handful of people decided to marry outside their gene pool. Marriage has long term implications for family groups beyond sexual gratification and potential legal guardianship over one or more persons until they reach adulthood. It can signify changes in available resources, economic activities, time scheduling, and pass times which can modify a human habitat environment overtime. In modern context, this is monitored through data dashboards where the indicators or factors known as cause and effect are abstracted from the changing data allowing policy makers to add or remove resources based on supply and demand or cost availability rather than by detailed examination of each families breeding decisions. In a case of non availability of resources due to cost, a proposal can be issued to the people for vote on alternate methods.

Growth hormones or inhibitors, can cause permanent modifications to genetic expression, often called RNA expression, because they are usually taken over a very long time and added to food supplies and beverages.

Some often used techniques with growth hormones and inhibitors are to give younger person growth horomones and older persons, who sometimes aren’t aware that there are younger persons being allocated to their future dating pool, are giving growth inhibitors. This is often done in areas where marriage is not a predominent behavioral trait but lifelong dating is not a daily habit, and there are periods of rest in between dating and not dating. For example, being with a mate or significant other for 2-3 years and think not being with anyone for 6 months to 2 years. This might end up resulting in a new mate every 5-6 years in some areas starting at around 16 through 85. This is an improvement to past sexual health norms of 3-4 mates every 2-3 year period with small breaks of 1-2 years sporadically or intermittmently throughout a lifetime.

Advanced Growth Hormones

Most hormones accelarate growth in height and volume, improve muscle mass and protein absorption, and increase bone density by modifying bone marrow without inhibiting growth or causing issues like bone brittleness or osteoporosis.

An advanced growth hormone can take a 5-6 year old person to the physical representation of a 25 to 32 year old adult in a period of less than 6 months. This includes accelerated develelopment of neural pathways and brain structure, life systems, reproductive systems, and sensory systems that often have improved performance when compared to naturally evolved humans. This often results in underdeveloped vocabulary, grammar, adult knowledge areas that are normally learned in high school and college, as well as disparities in ettiquette and hygeine. Often hypnosis and techniques in learning such as speed reading, and visual thought injection are successful at mitigating these human growth issues without causing adverse effects that are present when using hypnosis and thought injection to supress trauma or create alternate personas.

When using advanced growth hormones and mitigating techniques in learning, the learning period is often less than 30 days, with 30-45 days meeting the threshold of normalcy for these medical procedures or treatments, and longer than 45 days being considered unsuccessful with a subsequent period lasting 60 days from onset of treatment being the threshold for application of procedures.

Advanced Growth Inhibitors

Growth inhibitors can delay development by 30 to 40 years and often include hormone suppressors to mitigate issues with sexual urges in older persons who still have the visual appearance of a younger human but may be past the age of 25 and as old as 40-50.

Most frequently used applications of the treatments use the procedures as a youth formula to keep humans looking younger, without wringles or skin blemishes; and to have a more youthful thought process with hope and curiosity, rather than anger and irritation throughout a lifetime.

The traits and features developed, measured, treated, and applied with advanced growth hormones can be used as a similar procedure with inverse results in adults undergoing treatment through growth inhibiters. The treatement can also be used in children or adolescents, to delay development and potentially increase lifespan past the age of 85-115.

If needed, select persons within the group can undergo increased growth treatment to accelerate neurological pathways and brain structures and the required life supporting systems to nurish the brain such as digestive, circulatory, respitory, and musculoskelatal systems.

Actual Uses

Medical treatment and experimentation is often conservative and even if the consensual and voluntary experimentation is viewed as extreme and seen as bordering on unethical and morally henous human conduct.

Despite these perspectives, the resultant set of medical treatments are often applied or administered using conservative and humane treatment that has an extensive informed consent process. Normally, because the the treatment may still be considered of unknown side effects to the majority of the population, even if the medical data is thoroughly documented, with theories of additional treatment development and hypothetical side effects having been examined and passed scientific validation.

The combined application of growth hormones and inhibitors are often used when older persons are required to breed with younger persons to fix a gene disparity in a demographic or geographic area to make the relationship less obvious and more representative of visual appearances in an area. It also allows participants to be more comfortable in their surroundings and have less anxiety about being in an alternate sexuality relationship.

The treatment is also provided to consensual couples who may face violence or extreme conduct from other humans in an area or while traveling because of their sexual health decisions.

Proposed Modern Uses

Often, using treatments like these for people with learning disabilities, height or proportionality disparities or slight age differences is a widely accepted use of these treatments. The treatments also have wide acceptance for people from different geographical areas who have proportionality disparities or learning disparities but have good genetic diversity regardless of any perceived or actual age differences.
